When attending any event, there can be an overwhelming amount of information and details to remember. So, we’ve got all your top questions answered about Unleash right here.

What should I pack for New Zealand weather?

It's one of the best times to visit New Zealand since peak summer crowds have left and the weather is clear, the sun shines bright and the evenings are cool. Daytime temperatures range from 12ºC (54ºF) to 23ºC (73ºF). Head to MetService or a 10-day weather forecast of Queenstown.

 

How do I get around Queenstown

Once you arrive in Queenstown getting around is easy, there are multiple taxi services available as well as Uber and car rental services from the Airport. Taxi services we recommend are Corporate Cabs, Blue Bubble Taxis, and Green Cab. Check out the Queenstown Airport transport options here. We will be operating a courtesy shuttle at certain times, if you email marketing@ezyvet.com with your flight details, we'll try arrange transport for you.

 

Where is the Heritage Hotel?

The Heritage Hotel is conveniently located near downtown Queenstown at 91 Fernhill Rd. If you’re travelling from Queenstown Airport see directions on Google Map here.

 

What do I need to bring to Unleash?

You and your devices! Bring along your laptop for the Breakout Sessions and don’t forget the chargers. We’ll have power points available around the venue for you to charge in the breaks. There will also be WiFi available.

 

We will also provide food throughout the three days. This will include morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Dietary requirements or allergies were collected in the registration process, if you think this wasn’t captured please email marketing@ezyvet.com

 

What time do I arrive each day?

You can view the full PDF version of the schedule here. Doors will open at 7:30am on Day One (Tuesday 5th March)! Please arrive before 8am to sign in and collect your name badges. Feel free to arrive from 7:30am everyday, to chat with the ezyVet team and partners before the first speakers kick off. 

 

What are the Social Events at Unleash?

We have several Social Events happening at Unleash to enhance your experience and help you make the most of being in the adventure capital of the world.

  • Tuesday 5 March | Asteris Networking Drinks (included in your three day Unleash Pass)
  • Wednesday 6 March | Activity Afternoon
  • Thursday 7 March | Closing Party
  • Friday 8 March | Optional Golf Day

The Activity Afternoon and Closing Party required you to register in advance, you won’t be able to register for these at Unleash. If you still want to attend these events please email marketing@ezyvet.com.

What is the dress code?

The days will be long, so please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. On Day One you will be heading straight to the Asteris Network Drink and on Day Two straight to the Activity Afternoon, at the end of Day Three you’ll have time to head back to your accommodation to change into 'smart casual'.

 

Will I be able to get the presentation slides at Unleash?

All presentation slides will be available to all Unleash attendees. We will share how and where you can get these on Day one. We suggest bringing your laptop or tablet into each presentation so you can take notes as you go as well.

 

If I need help outside of the Keynote and Breakout Sessions, will this be available?

Absolutely! We’re going to have an ezyVet Support Hub set up in the exhibit area for you to drop in at any time. Book a 15-minute slot with our Support Superstars and get the help you need.
